تداخل دارویی
در صورت مصرف آهن با غذا احتمال کاهش جذب آهن حداقل به میزان 50 درصد وجود دارد. از مصرف همزمان آهن همراه با بعضی از داروها خودداری نمایید. عواملی همچون آنتی اسیدها، آنزیم‌های گوارشی، نمک‌های کلسیم، آنتاگونیست‌های H2 و تتراسیکلین جذب نمک‌های آهن را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهند.
