چطور مصرف کنیم
مقدار یک وعده مصرفی یعنی (۱۵۰ گرم) پودر را در ۶۰۰ میلی لیتر آب، شیر یا آبمیوه حل کرده و نوشیدنی آماده شده را خنک بنوشید. حداقل یک لیوان آب اضافی پس از مصرف هر لیوان نوشیدنی میل نمایید.
در روزهای تمرین می‌توانید نوشیدنی آماده شده را ۳ ساعت قبل از تمرین و نیم ساعت بعد از تمرین میل کنید.
در روزهای غیر تمرین می‌توانید این نوشیدنی را بعد از صبحانه و ناهار و شام و قبل از خواب میل نمایید.
